The Workshop on textual annotation: tools and methods aims to explore the theoretical and practical issues related to the annotation of texts, and to showcase different types of annotation tasks, which answer different research questions. At the same time, it will focus on resources and tools useful to perform the annotation and to tackle some of the issues related to this sometimes challenging task. The workshop will be organised in three sessions. Each intervention will be followed by a hands-on session, so that the participants can test the annotation platforms and practise through different annotation tasks.
The event will take place on January 23, 2023 in Neuchâtel, with a hybrid format. Register here for either online or in-person participation.
